About Us

The Development

Mohaupt Bringts was founded after years of building, scaling, and supporting startups and scale-ups across different markets and industries.

Before launching his own consultancy, the founder worked hands-on with early-stage and growing companies — primarily in insurance and finance, healthcare, automotive, as well as higher education. His work ranged from opening new markets and structuring sales and IT operations to shaping go-to-market strategies and management processes.

Alongside graduating in Sales Management and Business, he developed a clear understanding of what truly drives sustainable growth: clarity in direction, focus in execution, and systems that work in the real world — not just in theory.

The Relocation

Relocating to Lisbon and becoming part of its vibrant, international tech ecosystem added a new dimension to this journey.

Surrounded by a previously unimagined network of founders, entrepreneurs, and professionals from across the world, the vision became clear: to channel this experience and access into a focused, flexible setup that supports businesses through strategy, partnership, and execution — depending on what the situation requires.

The Mission

The name Mohaupt Bringts reflects this mindset.

Derived from the German verb bringen — “to bring” — it stands for a simple promise: bringing clarity, bringing structure, and ultimately bringing measurable results. Whether that means sharper positioning, improved visibility, stronger revenue streams, or hands-on support during critical growth phases.

Today, we work with founders, teams, and partners across strategy, revenue, visibility, and execution — often in close collaboration, sometimes in shared-responsibility or performance-based models.
